2. Subscription & Payment Terms

  • Childs AI operates on a subscription-based model, which may include monthly, yearly, or lifetime plans.
  • Payments are processed securely via our third-party payment provider (e.g., Stripe).
  • Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle and are non-refundable, except as outlined below.

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds only in the following cases:

  • Partial Use of Service: If you have used the service but wish to cancel before the end of the billing cycle.
  • Failure to Cancel: If you forgot to cancel your subscription before renewal, you will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Discounted or Promotional Plans: Purchases made with special promotions, discounts, or lifetime deals are non-refundable.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, meaning you will retain access to the service until your subscription period expires.
  • No refunds will be issued for unused time in your subscription period.
